Importance on setting new goals.

     

Importance on setting new goals because its like have a path already planned and you basically would not get lost on your way to your goal. A person experience I had was that if I set a goal I make sure I complete it and wont give it give up until I complete it 100%. It is very important for to complete something and not leaving it undone. For example, turning in an assignment.  I wanna make sure its right, complete, and neat. Like I always say I have big dreams and those big dreams will continue that way even if I achieve it. I have achieved so many important things such as, getting better with my attendance and tardiness. Also, with my grades, I have never gotten such good grades in my life, like A's and B's. I like making mommy proud and seeing what good work she's done with me. What I have to do is get all the negative people out of my life. People who just do me harm and people who just do not care on having  FUTURE. I for example want to the best for me and future and the only person who can do that to me is ME! All I have to do is worry about me in this aspect.

Six rules that make people like me. 

Become genuinely interested in other people. It is important to become '' genuinely interested in other people, '' because if you do that's how you can become friends with others. Also, if you listen to them when having a conversation with them , when it comes to when you want to have a conversation with others , they will listen to you. Why? Because you are interested in others and then others are interested in you. 

Smile. Smile because you only live once. It is very important for you to have a smile when you present yourself to others. Also, it is important to smile because you give the people an important title of you and you want others to think good of you. A smile represents how you are. Make sure to always be yourself wanting to do or be someone. Smiling is very important because it can lead to a good image of you. Smile at life. Smile at you. 

 Remember Names. Remembering names is very important to a person because you remembering their name, makes them feel so special. Also, by you remembering their name, they already have something nice to say about you, and that of course will make you feel special. When somebody remembers your name, its because you once spoke good about something and they were interested in you or the topic. This is great because you are most likely to become well known as a good person because that other  spoke good about your name. This is why it's great for somebody to remember you name or let someone remember it; you can always get somebody interested in you and smile about you. 

Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves. To be a good listener you need to focus on them. Meaning you need to find interest with them because then other will find interest in you and that is very important. Another thing that can make you a good listener is to keep the conversation going when interested because that can make you a great friend or person in the future. How? Because you start meeting people who actually care. Let them talk about themselves when you meet someone, that's the only way you'll get to know the person in reality.  you get to see how they are and, what they like, their vibe, etc. It is very important to encourage somebody to be themselves when they meet other because once they know them by the tip of their hand and change they are not going to like the way you are.  It is also very important to like yourself and listen to what your heart had to say sometimes because it is good for you.

Talk in terms of the other man's interest. For you to be able to relate with other people you talk to, you need to have them same way of thinking. that's the only way you are going to get know the person. Also, by asking you will get to know the person and what is their interest. Any topic that they mention to you, keep the conversation open and let them express what they treasure the most. Tell them what you treasure the most. It is very important to let them take you seriously and you to them. 

Make the other person feel important--and do it sincerely. making others feel important s very important because you make them feel welcomed. Sometimes you do not know what goes on at home and you bring them down without even knowing it. So it is very important to make somebody feel welcomed and important because no matter what you bring their happiness out. Also, by doing this you make others feel comfort and that is the only way you can see the true self of others.  Another way can be doing things for them like helping out and don't brag it back what you did because can make discomfort between the relationship and then that'll make you not sincere. Always do things with sincere and you'll make a good friend. 

reflection: The six rules of making others like you has made a difference in my life for the past week in a half. How? Why? Because I make people feel welcomed and loved and honestly that is all you have to do when others want to talk about an interest they have. All people want is for others to hear what they are interested in. Having an interest in others when they that is very important. For example, my mom always has something to tell me such as an interests she has or etc., but I tend to listen because that is the only way you can win someone's loyalty and honesty. Also, you see their true and real side of them which can make someone feel happy about you. Always being a good listener can get you to good paths in life. Why? because if you listen to others, others will listen to you. That is very important. Smile when meeting someone, smile when someone is talking positively around you or to you, smile when somebody says they have interest to your story because that can leave a good title to your person. Good smiles, good vibes. 

Where I want to Travel

Brazil 

     There are many places many people want to go to, but I want to go to Brazil Rio De Janerio. I would love to experience the Carnival Festival and see how they celebrate their tradition. I like to learn new and explore different things. for example, new food, meet new people, see different cultures, new language, their way of living, etc. I would love to learn how to speech Portuguese because when I travel to Brazil, it makes it easier to communicate with people out there. there view is so beautiful it would be a dream to be out there. Having this trip would make me realize how beautiful other areas are. I would love to meet Brazil and other countries too. 

       I know that the Yearly Carnival is a tradition for the Brazilians, and to me looks like so much fun. I would love to experience the Carnival with Brazilians. Dancing and having fun is my thing. Enjoying life at Brazil would be the best. All the feathers and fun music would be so much fun... to be continued...

1. Make no small plans: Plan BIG 

          ''Make no small plans'' said John R. Noe, because small cannot achieve if not big plans. in my words, this means that if you want to plan for the future anything that it is, do not set your mind on something small. Set your mind on big plans in the future because those are the ones who motivate you to get you where you are. Many like me set my mind on big goals and big plans because that motivates me to achieve them and wanting to make them possible. You can always get what you most want but it take believing in your self, loving you self, and most of all motivating your self. Always remain with a positive attitude and may your smile be one of your big plans. :) 

2. Do what they fear 

         Do what they fear is a really big message. To me this means, to show everyone you can do what others can not. this shows that if you do what others fear you can achieve anything you want in life. What I mean by this, you have to get over your fears and do not let anything get in your way. For example, if someone fears you going to college and to the really world, do it and never mind what others think. its the best thing you can do for your self. Like my teacher Mr. Haymore always says '' high achievers do what they fear''. its the best quote I can get in the day. why? because it motivates me to do best. 

3. High Achievers are willing to prepare

             What does it mean it do something with high achievement and being prepared for it. It means many things for example, to get straight A's the entire semester of your school year, setting a goal with high standards and many other things. As for me, I always prepare for an achievement that i want to be high.I always take the risk for example. I make sure I get good grades and that my assignments are perfect scores. I also make sure that if I am setting goal I want it to be high and able to obtain my word and being able to complete it. Referring back to ''willing to prepare'', in my situation it means study and focus. there is nothing else but being focus and studying to getting perfect scores or good grades. 

4. High Achievers are willing to risk failure

           '' High Achievers are willing to risk failure'', what this means to me is that no matter what you are going to take the chance to do something because if you don't you are 100% sure that you will fail. It also means to me that if you fail you are willing to get up and try again even with the risk of failing again. Never miss on taking a chance and just take it. Never doubt yourself because if you do it can ruin your dreams and plans to success.  Do not let anyone bring you down when they tell you that your going to fail. Just let it slide, take the chance and never give. People who fail are achievers because they never give up until they get it right. like for example, ME! I fail at something but I try and try until I get it right and pass with what I'm happy with. In my opinion, you never pass unless you've failed once. Meaning its good to take chances without have to miss the opportunity. Unlike other just give up and that's not good. never give up and just try. it the best thing you can ever do. 

5. High Achievers are teachable

      ''High achievers are teachable'' is said by John Noe. To me this means that it is easy to teach somebody that really wants to achieve and are able to understand when they are wrong. It also means that high achievers like the fact of gaining new knowledge everyday. This is important to them because they know that they can succeed in the future. the higher your achievement the more help you are going to need. That's why they say that high achievers are teachable because it is easier to teach a high achiever. The more knowledge you know the higher you can achieve something. 

6. High Achievers have heart

'' High achievers have a heart'',  said by John Noe. This is very true to many people because you if do not have feelings to something that you really want to achieve, then what are you going to gain from it? It's said that many high achievers who have a heart care for who surrounds them, which is really important. in my own words high achievers think positive and are willing to accomplish anything they set their mind too. For example, I am willing to continue to be a high achiever with heart by accomplishing everything I want and feel it is important to me. Everything is possible if you have your mind set on something by heart. High achievers have a heart because thing are listening to what is good for them and not to what's negative. I use my example as high achiever because I've shown to never, never, give up and my heart never lets me give up. If there is something that I want more in this world is to graduate and go to College. This is an example of a high achiever with heart.

Twin Towers September 11,2001

I WAS ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF WHEN THIS TRAGIC THING HAPPEN. WHEN I FIRST HEARD OF TRAGEDY OF THE TWIN TOWERS ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2001, IT WAS VERY SAD AND I WAS IN SCHOOL 3RD GRADE. SINCE THIRD GRADE TILL TODAY SENIOR YEAR ITS STILL VERY SAD. I CANT BELIEVE SOMEBODY WITH A HEART HAD NO HARD FEELING OR SYMPATHY IN KILLING MORE THEM 100 PEOPLE. MAKING THE TWIN TOWERS NEVER BE THERE EVER AGAIN. THIS WAS THE MOST TRAGIC TERRORIST IN THE UNITED STATES. IN MY OPINION THE PERSON WHO DID THIS EVIL PLAN DO NOT DESERVE TO SEE THE SUNLIGHT EVER AGAIN. YES, ITS HARSH BUT NOT EVEN JAIL TIME CAN PAYOFF WHAT HE DID OR BRING THE TOWERS OR THE PEOPLE BACK. ALSO THIS MAKES ME SAD BECAUSE MOST FAMILIES NEVER GOT TO BE WITH THEIR FAMILY MEMBER AGAIN. ITS A SAD MEMORY THAT EVERYONE IN THE UNITED STATES AND ALL AROUND THE WORLD HAVE TO GO THROUGH.

SUMMER VACATION 2017

This summer vacation I did a lot and had a great time with my family. Spending time with family is best thing anyone can do.That's why I had a great time.The first thing I did in my summer vacation was go to summer school for five weeks. I was taking two classes which were biology and English 9A. For me it was a great opportunity to being able to got to summer school. At the end of summer school I had gotten my report card of both of my classes and I passed both with A's. It was great news for me because things like this happen when you work hard and reach for what you want. 

In addition, I also went to Disneyland a couple of times. I'm an annual pass holder so I go there very often and I love it and enjoy it. To me going to Disneyland with my family is so much fun because we get on rides and every time we go we always try to do different things, like things we hadn't done before. one day, I took my friend Sammy with me because is also an annual pass holder and wanted to go. When I went with her we took pictures with Daisy Dukes and Minnie mouse. My boyfriend who is my best friend, is also an annual pass holder, came along with us a couple of times with my family to Disneyland and also took many pictures and got on rides. I had a great time doing that for my summer. 

 Also, I went to hub cities to apply for a job because i also wanted to work during the summer. so then i applied for Cudahy City Hall and they accepted me. I am currently working there and i love it. i help everyone in there and do a little of everything. for example, i renew business and food distribution contracts, do parking permits, work a lot with XL and Microsoft word. I really like to work there and because you gain knowledge and skills. then you also have the ability to use your own skills.
