The Pyramid of Success

- Industriousness: Every moment as an adult of High school student, you will be industriousness. As you start to grow and become an adult you'll be busy and productive. It is great to productive and busy because in the process you gain a lot of knowledge. It is amazing when you know you put in hard work and a lot of effort to something you want to succeed on. You know you did great if succeeded on something great and you put hard work and effort in what you do. It does not matter what is it you go by it with industriousness. Working your way up is the thing you can grant yourself. It's always so important to work what you want and need for because nobody will do it for you. You at the end of the day will only provide for your self and only your self. Honestly, people get tired of taking care of you and you're going to need to grow and become industriousness.
- Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm is not only the energy you have or give to the rest of the world. It is something important that everyone needs in their personality. When you show enthusiasm you show how eager you are about something. You can develop enthusiasm by thinking things that you want to maintain for your future self. Asking questions is really important because it can attain you from being enthusiastic. Developing this act is also important because if you have a plan to becoming successful then you work your way through with enthusiasm. An example of being enthusiasm: "She had dreamed of someone who would share her enthusiasm in horses of someone who would treat her well". What this means to me is that she had faith to finding someone to share her enthusiasm with... She got lucky and found what was best for her. Many think that life is easy and they have no faith, no enthusiasm and all negative vibes. But those are the people who have no future or success. Be enthusiastic and watch your self become successful. Be motivated and you'll be enthusiastic.
- Friendship: Friendship is very important because when you are feeling alone you have a friend who to talk to. Here's one thing, never take anyone for granted because when you don't have them no more you will regret not taking their friendship serious. I for example, have a mom, sisters, and a boyfriend who I spend most of my time with. But I for sure don't them for granted because I need their friendship and they mean a lot to me and I never know when they'll be gone. One thing that means the most to me is, friendship because you learn to value and respect what I have. Many people don't believe in friendship because they don't care about others or what they feel. But what friendship consist of is loyalty and respect most important. If you don't find that, you have no devotions. I believe that every friendship counts and it includes of have devotions, for you self first. Also of family and significant other. Have a friendship with someone who won't take you for granted; give your time to who will respect you, care for you, love you and be loyal to you.
4. Loyalty: Loyalty is really important in every occasion because you're gaining trust among yourself and others. When you are loyal you show respect and respect is very important. Loyalty does not only include within a marriage, but includes with a friendship, for work, school, family and most important, yourself. Not only are you being loyal, you are showing you care and how important the friendship is to you. People who are loyal are trusted and respected because they show who they really are. Loyalty consist of many advantages, it consists of love, kindness, trustworthiness, etc... For example, if you cheat on a test and you get caught you are not being loyal to your self or the teacher because in reality you don't have the knowledge or the capacity of doing it. Also, you loose trust from the teacher and loose respect because they believed in you. Another example, if you are in a relationship and are loyal and committed they will be respect and trust because you trust each other and know that both are loyal.Also if you have a business and you sell product, you have to be loyal to your customers and let them know in reality what the product is all about. Loyalty is very important in life because you'll never know what will cross your path.
5. Cooperation: When you cooperate you help yourself and others around you. It's much easier to get things done and everyone gets alone. Cooperation consists of plenty of things. For example, being in a group of 2 or more people and working with each other, not giving each other a hard time and getting along, listen to other opinions if you want yours' to be heard. To cooperate you have to have willingness in order for you get along with the people that surround you in a work spot. Not everyone understands the term cooperate because they're just lazy and don't like collaborating with others. Many on the other hand, do like cooperating, it makes their job much easier and get done faster. People who cooperate, cooperate everywhere they go. For example, if you see someone in need of help, a group of people will cooperate no matter the situation, because it a mean of life. Cooperation can be used in school, home, on the street, in your community, and many other places. When you cooperate you help yourself and others, remember that.
6. Ambition: Ambition can be a good thing and a bad thing. But for us, we'll look at it as a good thing, because are students who are aiming for success and ambition. We are looking forward for ambition to our goals and readiness. If you want to be successful and aim or your goals you have to be ambitious. Ambitious is a thing that you get when you desire to do something that means a lot to you and it's something that you want to achieve on. You can complete all of this with hard work and full potential. Not only does it require time, but it requires dedication, because only yourself can do what makes you want to become successful. Most of the time people are ambitious because they have an aspiration in life and there is something that they want to accomplish with passion. Also, as you go in life, you start to realize that all the hard work you did pays back with wonderful things. You start to care and realize that it was all worth it at the end because you where ambitious and you did not stay at where you started; you build yourself up and became successful.
7. Self-control: Self- control is very important when you have a short temper. You have to learn to control you temper and self actions. Many have what you call, anger issues; in others words anger management problems. Some people don't know how to control it, but others do. Many understand the fact of meditating and that helps to control your self. Self control is very important because when you have a job and you work with people, many are rude and are not aware you have no self control. So you to know how to control yourself and your temper by meditating. Self control is also important because you know your limits to things. In a world where people have no control of themselves. So learn how to control your self it's important in every aspect.
8. Alertness: Alertness is something people are when they are eager to learn new things. Not only does it bring greatness, but brings intelligence. For example, if you are a panelist when someone is presenting, you are alert of what is going on to be able to grade their work. Also, you are alert because you want to learn and get information about what the presentation is about. It's all on you if you wan to be alert to learn and improve you knowledge and skills. Focus and great things and success will increase. Many do not understand the concept '' Learning is the key to success''. This has many meanings to it and one is being alert because you are eager to learn whats, what about.
10. Intentness: Intentness is always a situation when you try to do something on purpose or not purposely. But in this case this is not was it usually means. This means to us that you are concentrated and relied on a goal that is very important to you. Anything is possible if you make is possible by being intentness with yourself
11. Sincerity: Sincerity is actually meaning what you say. Sometimes things like that can hurt people and you wont even notice it. At times words can hurt people and some may not. Sincerity is not to say everything you think, but to mean everything you say. Sincerity is not a test of truth or reality. We must not make this mistake of being unfair and rude to others with our words. If you are the person that takes a lot of time to think of what you are going to say, good. You have no intentions to hurting anyone. It is possible to be wrong and right, sincerely, but we can only judge the truth and the truth is, you're being sincerity.
12. Adaptability: Adaptability is a concept that many should follow when is comes to reality. This is being adapted to many things, for example, home, work, school, and your surroundings. It is great to understand the fact of being adapted to an environment. Many get use to it and that is being an adaptability person. Adaptability is a key challenge for leaders and organizations, and ethical leadership is an important tool for ''switching on.'' It's the ability to surviving an aspect or environment. Not many adapt to certain things and sometimes, it's really hard to do so. Understanding that fact of being adapted to something. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.
13. Condition: Condition always matters when you want to become successful. The question is why? Why do you have to be in good condition when you want to be successful? You have to be in good condition because without good health, without good sense of being, you can't be successful. You have to make sure you are eating healthy and have a healthy life-style because that is how you start on becoming successful. Condition also consists of being in good terms with others and especially those who are closer to you. Not does it indicate respect, but having a good condition with them can make the friendship strong. This is how: you stay with pure honesty and trustworthiness. This counts so much in the fact of condition because you are showing what your person is capable in condition.
14. Skills: Skills is the ability of something done and gain by your own and done well. You have to be prepared to cover every detail that comes with something you want to learn. For example, a skills that I use as a high school student is to work in teams and know how to communicate with peers. This skill can benefit me as a student at my school because when we present projects to others we know how to communicate and present well. This skill is help in the future because when we go on to college and we have to work with others we have the ability and the skills to do it. Another example of skill as a high school students at my school is being responsible and dependable. This skill can help us in many ways at work, with peers, at school, and family. How? Well is you are a reliable person, people will trust you to do favors and other good things for them; Likewise. This can help us as high school students because if you are a teams or group you are relying on that person to do good and be honest. In addition, this can benefit you in college because your classmates or group mates can rely on you as well as your professor.
15. Team Spirit: Team Spirit is important when you have something big going on. Always show you have to most spirit then the rest to stand out and be unique. Having team spirit means to go the extra mile for everything that surrounds you. One good example, when I was in the color guard team I made sure I always went the extra mile to show enthusiasm to my audience and made the team look good. I also made sure I had a lot of energy, spirit, and fun. When you show all great things, you show how good of a team remember you are because not only will they remember you but they will remember your team. That of course is excellent work towards your person. It's always great to have spirit in your team because many don't have spirit and just look bad among others. In addition, team spirit is the willing of sacrifice your self as an overall energy among other.
17. Resourcefulness: "If you have a dream, if you have something you've always wanted to do, look within yourself because that is where resourcefulness resides; and go for it. (Jennifer Witterick) I want to take the time and explain what this quote by Jennnifer Witterrick meant to me. This quote is specified on your goals and dreams you want to accomplish. Many understand the fact of accomplishing goal, but many think that with nothing done, the goal will get done. When you want to accomplish or achieve something you work hard for it and towards it. Its very important to someone when they get what they want because they worked hard for it. Many think that life is hard, but nobody said it was easy. It was the fact of wanting to achieve it and you did with all the hard work and effort. Work hard and good things will come!
18. Poise: Being Poise is being graceful at things that are important to you and important to yourself. What that means is that you care about what you have and don't like loosing that. Making a connection upon that you are at calm for what you take in around you. Meaning your at ease most of the time. You have confidence of whats yours and being poise is a way of being calm to understand whats yours. For example, '' calm confidence in a person's way of behaving, or a quality of grace ( moving in an attractive way) and balance in the way a person holds or moves their body,'' ( https://dictionary.cambridge.org ). This quote means that at many times its good t be poise because you control your calmness and you understand the meaning of grace.
19. Confidence: Confidence is a very important topic in life. Why? Because you learn how to grow as a person. There are many ways you can be confidence and sure about you self. For example, being confident is a way that you can show you are sure about yourself. If you have that ability then you are able to be successful and grow as person. Another way of showing confidence is when you present. When you are presenting a project or doing a presentation, you want to show that you are confident while doing it because you show profession. In addition it is great to be confident because you know that you are not insecure or shy about yourself. Confidence is a great way of being yourself. You have to be sure of who you are and don't let anything bring you down. For example, if you present a present almost everyday you'll have confidence because you do it on and on. If you understand the meaning of something you speak up and/ or raise your hand with confidence because you know what you are saying. It's very rare when somebody has confidence of something because they re not really sure of it. But if you focus and dedicated time in to it you'll gain confidence of what it is that you're doing. Confidence is very important because if you are insecure you will doubt yourself all the time. That can harm your everyday living. If you feel something looks right on you keep it on and slay it, you are showing that you are confident. If you feel something is wrong or right speak up and show that you know what you are talking about and that you are confident. Never doubt yourself and be confident.

20. Reliability: ''Reliability has to do with the quality of measurement. In its everyday sense, reliability is the "consistency" or "repeatability" of your measures. Before we can define reliability precisely we have to lay the groundwork. First, you have to learn about the foundation of reliability, the true score theory of measurement. Along with that, you need to understand the different types of measurement error because errors in measures play a key role in degrading reliability. With this foundation, you can consider the basic theory of reliability, including a precise definition of reliability. There you will find out that we cannot calculate reliability -- we can only estimate it. Because of this, there a variety of different types of reliability that each have multiple ways to estimate reliability for that type. In the end, it's important to integrate the idea of reliability with the other major criteria for the quality of measurement -- validity -- and develop an understanding of the relationships between reliability and validity in measurement''. Being able to rely on someone or something. In addition, to trust somebody and make sure that they are reliable.
22. Competitive greatness: ''Be at your best when your best is needed. Enjoyment of a difficult challenge.'' What this means is that if you have the best in you use it when it's needed. Enjoy the best of the best because you have to be read when someone at a higher level then you will come, and take you position. It's hard being competitive because in many cases people will cheat their way through. Be the one who is going the extra mile on everything. Be the overachiever and the strong person, because without strength things won't come out great.
23. Integrity: Integrity is the quality of having honesty and morals towards you person. Or moral uprightness. It is generally a personal choice to hold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards.In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions. Integrity can stand in opposition to hypocrisy, in that judging with the standards of integrity involves regarding internal consistency as a virtue, and suggests that parties holding within themselves apparently conflicting values should account for the discrepancy or alter their beliefs. The word integrity evolved from the Latin adjective integer, meaning whole or complete. In this context, integrity is the inner sense of "wholeness" deriving from qualities such as honesty and consistency of character. As such, one may judge that others "have integrity" to the extent that they act according to the values, beliefs and principles they claim to hold.
24. Faith: Faith is to hope for things which are not seen, but which are true and must be centered in Jesus Christ in order to produce salvation. To have faith is to have confidence in something or someone. The Lord has revealed Himself and His perfect character, possessing in their fullness all the attributes of love, knowledge, justice, mercy, unchangeableness, power, and every other needful thing, so as to enable the mind of man to place confidence in Him without reservation. Faith is kindled by hearing the testimony of those who have faith. Miracles do not produce faith, but strong faith is developed by obedience to the gospel of Jesus Christ; in other words, faith comes by righteousness, although miracles often confirm one’s faith.
25. Patients: Patience (or forbearance) is the state of endurance under difficult circumstances such as: perseverance and/or the ability to wait in the face of delay; provocation without responding in negative annoyance/anger; or exhibiting forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties. Patience is the level of endurance one can have before negativity. It is also used to refer to the character trait of being steadfast. Antonyms include hastiness and impetuousness.
