The Qualities of a Total Winner 

Quality 1: Positive Self-Expectancy 

"Life is a self fulfilling prophecy. True winners go into every event expecting to win."  Positive Self- Expectancy is a great way to show that you have great energy and goals to reach. ''The never was the winner who didn't expect to win in advance.'' This quote means a lot to me because I can relate to it in many ways. One way I can relate to it is , I always say to myself I can win this I can achieve thi, but one I look at someone who I feel is higher, they intimidate me and I feel bad for myself. But I know I should think that way because then at the end of the day I am a winner to me. I make myself feel great. I tend to get unexpected things in life and that makes me feel great. When I win I feel hope and I start to believe in myself because great things happen when you think positive.  I have faith and hope which makes me feel like a good spirit and be a good spirit around others. 

Quality: 2 Positive Self-Motivation 

"True winners dig deep and find motivation inside themselves to get through that tough task or to learn a new skill."self motivation is in its simplest form. the form that drives you to do things. 

motivations is a self topic  there are many books web- pages and articles that attempts to explain self motivation and some top academics have dedicated their life's work to trying to understand the model and develop motivation theory. 

Quality #3: positive self- image: Positive self- image shows how much of confidence you have of yourself. Also you can demonstrate what a good person of moroles you are. if you have confidence you are a person to shine bright and not care what others think or say of you. only you know who you are and you have and others have to understand that. 

Quality #4:  Positive Self-Direction

You gotta have direction if you are going to go anywhere. True winners know where they are going. Their sense of direction comes from the self and not from outside influences like parents or friends. True winners know where to lead themselves at all times. It's very important for them to not know where there next goal is. They design their own path so they have the idea where to go. They never expect for someone to tell them what to do or lead their path. The are mainly independent and that is what makes them great winners. It's very important to them that they can do it on their own and makes them winners. 

Quality #5: Positive Self-Control

Total winners can sacrifice immediate pleasure for a gain in the future. Delayed gratification is of immense value in reaching your goals. Sacrificing yourself is very important because you show and demonstrate you can. It also shows how you are able to follow the big steps and get ahead of the game. Self- control is also important because you show that are capable of handling the things in a right matter. You don't attack others so that you feel great, you take things in a different way. the way that makes you and others comfortable. You also learn to motivate yourself in a manner that is very important and show to yourself is a great way to do it. 

Quality # 6: Positive Self-Discipline

You have to discipline yourself or else someone else will discipline you into doing what they want you to do. Total winners have the power to discipline and take control of their lives.Self-discipline can be considered a type of selective training, creating new habits of

thought, action, and speech toward improving yourself and reaching goals. Self-discipline can also be task oriented and selective.View self-discipline as positive effort, rather than one of denial. This shows what a good person of discipline you have. You have the ability to control your temper and yourself in general. 

Quality # 7 :  Positive Self-Esteem

Your mood and outlook on life affect the way you see the world and how you interact in it. Total winners are positive, powerful people who make people feel good and provide a good vibe to those around him/her.  This has a great meaning to it because if you are not confident, you may come to the chance of failing and may not be able to succeed. It is really hard though I know when  you have no motivation at all, but all you have to is try with your self and push yourself to no limits. You have to grow up and understand  that the way of understanding things your way. Not all the time you are going to feel creat about yourself, but who you might feel like that most of the time. It's very important to keep it calming to yourself and don't go down, just keep your head up and push yourself forward and try very hard. Just stay positive and everything will go your way and how it is.  

Quality #8 : Positive Self-Dimension
Total winners like in the present. They know that now is all there is. They don’t get caught up in the past or worry about the future. They simply handle the business that they can handle which is the stuff going on today, now. What this means is that people who just worry about now succeed because they wouldn't have to worry about their past or future harm them because of what they do in their present. It is really hard to do this because you have to be careful when you do something in your present and not let it harm your future. 

Quality #9 : Positive Self-Awareness

Total winners are aware of their power. They understand that they can be anything with enough effort and determination. They are the most strong working people will full of humble in life. They don't need anything to demonstrate that they are winners will their well being of humble manners and humber self they already win. Winners understand  that they are strong and powerful with just little of effort they have because they keep an open mind and a positive vibe. It's never to late to believe in yourself and try to the max because that what you are! you are the max in your life which causes you to motivate you in many ways.
